PRODUCT WARRANTY

I provide high-quality workmanship and guarantee my work. If you are dissatisfied with a product, return it within 10 days of receipt, and I will promptly refund your money, no questions asked. If you prefer a repair or replacement, see below.

REPAIRS/REPLACEMENTS

JEWELRY: I do my best to create pieces with high-quality workmanship. Occasionally things happen and something gets by my inspection or maybe you catch your necklace or bracelet on something by accident and it breaks. If this happens, please contact me and we can negotiate a repair/replacement fee dependent upon the details of what happened. If you are honest with me, I will treat you as fairly as possible.

ART AND FUNCTIONAL GLASS OJBECTS: I cannot be responsible for accidental breakage of one of my art and/or functional glass pieces. However, if it was a flaw in the finished product, I will happily replace it or refund your money as stated above. If it was an accident on your part and you contact me about repair or replacement, I will work with you. If it can be repaired, I will happily do so for a fair price. If it cannot be repaired, we can negotiate a fee to create a similar item. DO NOT THROW AWAY THE GLASS PIECES! If you are able to send the glass pieces back to me, I will give you a discount on the replacement piece.

ONE-OF-A-KIND: All of my pieces are one-of-a-kind as they are handmade. If we should negotiate a replacement, it will NOT look exactly the same as the piece it is replacing.
